You need to support the management and the running of architectural projects within the design practice. Demonstrate ability, skills & motivation to act as an independent project architect with support from senior staff.
Key Skills:
• You need to take on responsibility for managing and leading projects from the conceptual design stage, through to the development of design and all necessary stages or applications for the tender process, statutory approvals, JCT contracts, and production information specifications, including the carrying out inspecting projects on site
• Presentational and drawing skills in tasks reflecting all stages of RIBA Plan of Work
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, health & safety, and technical standards
• Computer aided drafting skills AutoCAD
