Estate agents in the UK work on behalf of the seller, so without seeking a source of impartial advice elsewhere, buyers have little way of knowing whether they are getting a good deal, or making a sound investment.
Since we are an independent company we do not have any restrictions as to who we can work with, enabling us to offer our clients the largest possible portfolio of properties. Unlike many other buying agents we are not associated with any banks or estate agents and therefore have no affiliations to anyone.

After we have obtained our brief, we will search the market for suitable properties, often before they are offered on the open market. We speak to all the relevant contacts including estate agents, developers and our extensive private database throughout the London area. All suitable properties are then shortlisted, enabling us to present you with a choice as close to your brief as possible. We conduct all preview viewings unless the risk of delay means that your prompt attendance is advisable. |

Once we have the shortlist of suitable properties we will accompany you at your convenience on a property tour. We would also take this opportunity to offer an objective view on the suitability of the property for your needs and its value for money, whilst introducing you to the local area. |
